Last night after work Mike and I headed to the Waterfront Blues Festival to see Keb' Mo' perform. The original headliner for the night was to be Etta James, who I'm sure is quite good, but wasn't enough to entice me out. When I heard on the radio that Etta had to cancel, and that Keb' would be taking her place, I was sold.
For $10 and two cans of food for the Food Bank, we snagged a spot on the river, two cups of cold beer and some curly fries. The people-watching was stellar and the music fantastic.
