Last year for my birthday I got "gnomed" by my sister, Sara (via Mike).
This year Mom got me via the mail!

This one was made by SpitfireGirl.com, but you can see that it's pretty simple: gift box, plastic toys, paper and photo. There are endless possibilities with this idea - I won't be able to resist. Somebody is going to get one of these in the near future...
